The legends and history of the Celts are told through haunting solo numbers and rousing ensembles in the new Celtic Thunder special: Mythology   

Celtic-Thunder-Mythology.jpgAiring Tuesday, 3/5 at 9pm ET, Mythology is the latest show from Celtic Thunder and the show's 9th special for Public Television. Filmed on location at the Helix Theater in Dublin, Mythology tells the story of our ancestors in Ireland, their legends, their history and their stories. All six Celtic Thunder principals feature prominently in Mythology, from haunting solo numbers to rousing ensembles and great original tracks , such as the show opening number "Voices" and the finale "My Land".

Public-Education-Forum.jpgOn Wednesday, March 6 the Center for Michigan will host a televised town hall meeting in partnership with Detroit Public Television on the future of education in Michigan. The program will discuss the findings of the Center’s latest report: “THE PUBLIC’S AGENDA FOR PUBLIC EDUCATION: How Michigan citizens want to improve student learning.”

The Town Hall will be live on air from 10am - Noon on DPTV's Channel 56.2 for over-the-air viewers, Channel 287 on Comcast, Channel 155 on Brighthouse and Channel 432 on Charter all day as well as streaming live at
